Registration Fees

Registration fees are listed below. Registration fees are determined by when payments are received and not by the date of submission.

Registration fees include admission to:

  • Scientific sessions
  • Satellite symposia
  • Exhibits and posters displays
  • Welcome reception Thursday
  • Lunches on Thursday and Friday
  • Refreshment breaks

Student rates are available to anyone enrolled full time in a residency program and/or post-secondary education. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification card or a letter from the institution’s registrar confirming residency status and/or enrollment, is required to confirm this rate, and must be received within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to:

Payment and Confirmation 

Registration fees are determined by when payment is received. The regular registration fee will apply onsite for any unpaid pre-registrations.
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register. You will receive a payment letter from the ESOP conference secretary with the payment details. You can pay the fee by credit card or by bank transfer.

Registration Deadlines

Registration fees are determined by when payment is received. The registration deadlines are as follows:

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: Friday, February 12, 2016
  • Regular Rate Deadline: Monday, May 2, 2016
  • Late Rate from Tuesday, May 3, 2016
  • Registration system will be open until the Conference
  • Onsite Registration is possible to the late rate fee

Registration Cancellations, Refunds 

Cancellations received by Monday, April 4, 2016 will receive a full refund of the registration fee; no refunds will be made after Monday, April 4, 2016.
Cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing either by email to ivana.resetar@otours.hr or fax to +385 (1) 4 81 30 13.
Replacements (=delegate name change) of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 Euro. Possibility of replacement UNTIL May 17th. Replacements after this date considered as new registration.

Letter of Invitation
Should you require a travel visa to attend the Congress, please click here to download the letter of invitation. You will have to save the letter of invitation on your computer and fill in the existing form fields with your personal information. You can then save and print the document.

Insurance and Liability

Participation in ECOP 2016 is at your own risk. Please make your own health and travel insurance arrangements.

The official language of the Congress is English.
